another purchase
We needed to turn in our lease so we went to Burdick Hyundai I asked to talk to Tim Brauchle who has always been our salesman, knowing he was semi-retired at this point. Tim still assisted us in our decision on what we wanted to do with our vehicle, once things were decided he turned us over to another salesman Nick Wiggin to finalize our deal. I cannot thank Tim enough for his guidance and Nick was excellent!! Things have changed (as everything) over our time in dealing with Burdick some good some bad but no matter what questions we had Nick went over and above to give us the correct answer. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone who would like to talk with an honest, polite, well-mannered salesman. Thank you, Tim, and Nick for your help.
