I found the staff, Kristy in particular, along with mechanic, Reed, to be concerned and helpful. I was given professional attention that resolved a dead battery (for my stalled Camry) issue at a nearby location in timely fashion.
Left my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately the request for the tire rotation wasn't heard and therefore not done and I didnt have time to leave it again. The oil change was very quick and the front desk person was extra nice. Definitely plan on going back.
Michael said the experience was wonderful. His vehicle is running like a champion. He had some questions about some smaller problems. When he picked his vehicle up, he found that they fixed them for free.
