Customer Service
So I bought a 2006 Lincoln Towncar from this place and I was so very excited to have it but after a week, the car started giving me problems. The air wouldn't stay cold, the check engine light came on and it begin to stall like it didn't wanna go into gear. I spoke with Lillie Mendoza regarding the situation who then contacted the shop manager Sam. They looked at my car and determined that my fuel pump was bad plus the gas in the tank was completely black. Sam, Lillie and 2 other mechanics worked effortless to get my car back to me and in working condition and as of yesterday 4/7/2025 I finally was able to take my car home. Big thumbs up to Lillie, Sam and the other mechanics who spent day in and day out working on my car. You guys are the maps at the Car Network.

Quick Honest Service
Our vehicle ended up overheating in a bad part of town. Called Car Network and within an hour they were able to tow our car to the dealership. It was diagnosed the next day and car was fixed the following day. I was dreading the quote for parts and labor but the pricing was very fair, and not inflated! Great communication, and quick turn around!

Sam was great at getting my car fixed the price he quoted me was lower than what I paid but that was not his fault it is the economy we live in he did his best to get me a good price
