If there were a NEGATIVE star rating for service, that’s what I’d give! My son had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT on October 10th for an oil change and to diagnose a check engine light issue on his 2022 Elantra. He took part of his day off work to do this. When he arrived, he was told it would take about an hour to hour and a half to complete. After 90 minutes, he was told that they were still working on it and it would be done “soon”. After another 90 minutes or a total of THREE HOURS, he was told that it was done BUT they have time to start to diagnose the main issue of the warning light! WHAT? They had the car for three hours and all they could accomplish was a routine oil change? Totally UNACCEPTABLE! He was told that he could reschedule for another day to get that done! As the owner of several other Hyundai vehicles, I’ve never experienced this at any other dealer. In addition to this review, I’ll be contacting Hyundai Customer Support to discuss this problem further.
