You came in to pay for your vehicle and put down a deposit in cash which was counted out in front of you and included on the invoice you signed. The credit cards you tried using were declined. You were given an invoice with the remaining balance due which you signed and said you would be back to pay the remaing balance. You returned a little after close to get your vehicle. You paid all but $46.90 in which you said you gave us more money the first time you were in to pay for the repairs. You tried using other credit cards but they were declined due to fraudulent activity as printed out by the credit card machine. You further escalated the situation by smashing all the stuff off the service counter. The police were called to have you tresspassed from the property. All of the video clips were shown to police and it was written in their report.

In response to your review. yes there is a charge for the diagnostics and repair. you were rude when you came to pick up the vehicle and had your daughter ring the doorbell a hundred times and when she stopped you started even though you were being helped (that is on camera). We are not repsonsible for anything you worked out with intoxalock for payment for your breathalizer in your vehicle. You were told there would be a fee to diagnose and repair the vehicle. We dont work for free. You were up set that intoxalock told you it might have been free but like i said we dont work for free. This is one of the many perks you get for driving impaired and having to deal with the breathalizer system in your vehicle.
