Burden of Proof
Was given a new car that had been transported from a different dealer. I noticed low tire pressure after a few days of driving, but given the temperature was changing I didn’t think much of it. After a week of driving I had to fill the tire 6 times to keep pressure. I emailed my sales rep who advocated for me, but couldn’t do anything to help me since their manager wouldn’t budge. I have had to raise hell, including contacting Hyundai Motors to try and resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, as I can not prove when and where the tire was damaged I am responsible. Buerkle Hyundai has chosen to lose a future customer and my free marketing (word of mouth) over a $300 tire.

I will not be buying a car from them, or Hyundai ever again, and intend to return my new car as soon as reasonably possible.
