Poor service
One of the worst services. I had an appointment for the specified time, but instead I had to wait in a long line at the service center. New car. It was only necessary to change the oil and filter. I waited 2 hours and no one called me (Erica was working that day) - I had to check the condition of the car myself and she said it was ready. After returning the car, I checked their work at the site of this company: the oil filter was filled with oil (leaking), the upper part of the engine was covered in oil. Erica was shown (photo) the poor quality of service from the company, and in response to my questions about why this was so (I paid for the service, which included cleaning after completion of the work), she shut my mouth with her long tirade. She said that their serviceman does not remove oil-filled gloves and that it is logical that the filter is in oil. As a result, their mechanic crawled under the car and simply wiped the area where the filter was installed with a rag. Bad service, disgusting attitude towards people. I do not recommend this company as a service company!

bad receptionist
My and I came to look at a vehicle , went to vehicle and the salesman said he needed my license and ins. from my car, so I gave him my keys , told him where my ins. is located. 10 min. later still no salesman while my wife and I wait in car. My wife goes into dealer ship is told very rudely that our ins. is no good ( they had grabbed the wrong card ) and they switch salesperson on us. The receptionist was not only rude but untruthful about changing salesperson on us. Will never go back , was okay when it was Matson Dodge but this was overtly bad !

Called in spoke to rep on phone, told them I was going to be late. She said it was ok, get there and the girl behind the counter grilled me about who I talked to, called the # on my phone (which was theirs) asks me a bunch of questions, walks into a room, comes out and says "You were given the wrong info." Excuse me?
I was 20 min late, called and your rep told me to come there anyways.
I came in my PJs! No apology, no offer to reschedule...just an ugly smirk and a bad attitude. I will NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI AGAIN! LETS NOT MENTION THE CARS ENGINE HAS A MANDATORY RECALL BECAUSE IT CATCHES ON FIRE!! I HAVE A NEWBORN, IVE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR THIS MANDATORY RECALL APT
WHAT A JOKE...
THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, THE BABYSITTERS AND THE ADDITIONAL PERSON WHO CAME TO GIBE ME A RIDE HOME.

My apt I have been waiting for, for 3 months to do a mandatory engine. I called said I was going to be late. They service rep said as long as I get there in 15 min, I would be good. Made it there, waited in line...the girl at the counter (bad attitude/unhelpful) basically grills me, asks to see my phone to see if I actually called in, walks in a room, comes back out and says "Looks like someone gave you the wrong information." Never asks if I want to reschedule, no apology, nothing! Just a sour look on her unpleasant face. Remind you...I flew down in my PJs, left my newborn with a sitter and got another person to follow me! All that drama ...cause I called and was 20 min late! was 20 min late..I will NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI AGAIN! Ridiculous...
Mandatory recall huh? This dealership didn't seem to care that my engine could catch on fire, or that my newborn could potentially be in danger?? Quality service, I bet the workers there, don't own a Hyundai! Karma comes back around...I hope you get the same treatment/service done to you.

I had a noise from my steering, and the service team gave me the best possible service on that to get it solved.

Good Service Experience
So my car that had less than 5K miles on it, had a transmission failure. Fabian of Bud Clary made the repair a tolerable experience. My car was in the shop for a month waiting for parts. Why Hyundai cant provide a status on part shipment is beyond me. Probably due to all of the shipping problems. This made getting a loaner car tough but Fabian found one for me and provided me daily status. I was pleased with his overall level of support.

I brought car in
So to start brought car in now we had ten o’clock appointment it should of took and hour and a half got there at ten didn’t leave till 130 and when I get home I noticed that whoever worked on car stole my weed pen I get it it’s only weed but when we come up to this place every three months to get oil change and whatever else needs to be done since 2017 been a paying customer so I will not be coming back me or my wife enjoy the weed theif I recommend no one black come to this Establishment

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the service department here at Bud Clary Hyundai.  I do not see that there was a vehicle under your last name and would need that or a phone number so that I can follow up on this issue.
