Not trustworthy and will lie to you
About the worst experience anyone could ever have. Emerald Car Care lies and will take you for everything you have got. I was lied to and fleeced. Nothing was fixed properly on the end.

If I could give zero stars I would. Emerald Car Care is the worst place to get help on your vehicle. We were severely disappointed and scammed for money.
No one should ever do business with Emerald Car Care in Yelm. Horrible experience and scammed for money. This place is purely greedy and dishonest.

Horrible place that is full of liars
This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to get help. This business is full of scamming liars. They ripped me off by over charging and took advantage of me to the fullest. Do not take your vehicle here !

Work done on my F150
I specifically go to Emerald Car Care regularly for oil change and had some extended work that had to be done regarding getting a new oil pan/or Gasket that was definitely needed. This was not a quick fix and I am so impressed how it was approached and done. I always speak with John Overman and he is the best. Also, Bobbie is great to communicate with. I see on my invoice that Brandon Weston was the technician for this. I am very thankful for all of the ones who are there and how they always keep me informed in the best customer care way. This time was not just an oil change so the time and work was extended to do it right and the best way.

Great Service - Kept Me Informed Entire Time
Took in my 2001 Ford Excursion for much needed maintenance and diagnostics. The team kept me informed every step of the way. Very easy to talk with the staff as they explained and clarified for me what was happening. No pressure to do things not needed. Prices are very reasonable and if you are military they offer a discount for your service! This is my second time there, and the experience was great.

Amazed at the speed to completion!
So in today's current atmosphere of supply integrity, Mike and his People made repair of my Subaru Legacy quick and reasonably priced. Parts obtained and repairs done in 4 days. Best of all. Several hundred dollars under the estimate. I will always rely on Emerald Car Care for all my veh I cle maintenance and repair needs!!!

New power steering
I got a new power steering unit put in. When it developed this week after it was put in your old car care fixed it with no additional charge. They're also able to get me in quickly at a good rate.
