2001 430 Lexus needed a lot of work.

Great and skilled auto service
We were pleased to get great service on our Lincoln MKZ. We needed right and left control arms replaced. The subframe was rusted to the frame and our efforts at releasing it to remove the arms were futile. Sam was able to free it and install the new arms in good order. The price was very reasonable. Everybody was friendly and courteous! We will use their services again.
The people at Northside Shell work hard to solve car problems. They also tell you of potential problems. Their customer service is excellent One outstanding service is a ride if your car will be in service long!
I always do all my oil changes and reparations at this place because how friendly and fast they are and because I trust them. When they find something they tell you what is important and what can wait.
I have serviced all my vehicles at North Campus Auto for years now. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous, most jobs are done the same day at unbeatable rates! Most importantly it's done right. Sam and his crew, truley strive for customer satisfaction and excellence. I highly recommend this establishment for all services and repairs on any vehicle foreign or domestic.
Sam and the guys are good about explaining what's wrong with the car and what it's going to take to fix it. They're usually very close to their estimate and if it changes for any reason they let you know. They always call with the estimate before starting the repairs. Good grief
