Gloria said she appreciated that this business was able to take care of the problem on site and she didn't have to go anywhere else. She doesn't see any leaks so far. Her vehicle was ready when promised, but the courtesy pick-up ride was quite late and she probably waited over an hour. She had to drive home after dark, which is something she normally doesn't do, so she just relaxed and waited. She bought her vehicle at Harris Ford, but they would have sent her to Everett for the work this business did. She is not quite sure what she'll do for her next check-up. She would like to take her vehicle to this business for regular maintenance, but she's not sure if she can. This business is actually a little bit closer to her than Harris Ford and that could make a difference. She said she's getting a little bit worried that the carpet isn't drying where it leaked and she wonders if this business could use a dryer on it to finish the drying. She said she doesn't want to put the floor mats back down when the carpet is still damp and due to the weather the carpet isn't drying as it usually would.
