Just the best
I’ve gone to Bert’s Garage for 11 years and I keep going back because I trust them. And finding a trustworthy mechanic in LA is like getting an Uber in weho at 2am.

Diagnostic Test
I dropped my car off for a diagnostic check to make sure everything was running properly. The staff was very friendly and made sure ai understood everything that was wrong. I love this place, and will continue to come back.

Excellent workmanship and great service-as always!
I've been using Berts garage to service both my Porsche vehicles for the past 5 years and working with Chris and the owner Eddie is always a pleasure. They take great care of my vehicles, are very fair on their prices, never recommend service unless it's truly needed and always time and time again provide superior customer service. They are a good old fashioned honest business and I'm very grateful to have found them-my go to garage and I would recommend them to anyone:)

I came in to get both the windows in the passenger and driver seats repaired. Neither one would go up or down.
I have known Eddie and Bert’s garage for over ten years. Eddie takes great care of my car as well as me. He is very thorough with me in letting me know what the problem is and what needs to be done. I have seen him dealing with other customers and he has always been very kind and understanding. I have never seen him lose his cool and he has dealt with some difficult people.

I just live up the hill from Bert’s so I thought I would just stp by as it was raining thinking I might just need some fuses. He let me know that it may need more than that and that Alberto would be available to work on it in about an hour. I had a prior appointment and he suggested I come back at 12 o’clock. They completed a diagnostic test. It was a little bit more complicated than I thought. The electrical guy that does that kind of work was not in that day and suggested that I come back on Monday. I will try to do that, but I am leaving for Hawaii early Tuesday morning but I have a number of things that I must complete. Eddie said to give him a call when I get back. They were able to get the windows up. They advised me not to use the windows until it is repaired. At least it keeps the rain out!

In all these years, this is the only time I have had any difficulty . This certainly is not a disagreement or misunderstanding. Everyone at Bert’s is always professional and accommodating even the guy to his left working th computer. In the past, my overall evaluation would always be five stars! Over these many many years they have done a lot of work on my car and I have been most satisfied. That’s why I keep coming back!

Preparing for a cross country trip we brought our Q3 in for a road check and Eddie and his team found and repaired what would have been a serious issue before it became one. They worked hard all day to get the car back to us so we could stay on schedule for our trip. As always the work was excellent and the staff were kind and accommodating. They are hands down the best mechanics in LA.
