Trusted Expertise
Chris was very helpful in walking me through my options and helping me save as much money and time as possible. Appreciated his expert advice even if it meant he wasn’t going to make any money from it. As much as I wish I could avoid repair shops I will defiantly be back to Bert’s!

The folks at Bert's couldn't be nicer. They walked me through all options in a kind and responsive manner. They fixed my car quickly. I would definitely recommend and visit them again for anything car related. Thank you!

Great friendly service!!!
I always dread when my car breaks down, but luckily I have Bert's Garage not too far from my home. I feel confident when I drop off my car it's in good hands and I never feel like I'm going to be sold on a repair that's not needed!!! They are realistic with the delivery time frame and always keep me well informed which is greatly appreciated - thanks Chris!

GMC Acadia tune up and repair
Brought my car in after a road trip to Oakland, Ca and back to LA. A/C stopped working on the trip. Found Berts Garage through AAA. Chris was my service advisor and was very knowledgeable iin assessing the nature of the repair that was needed. Car was in their hands for 24 hours, and was as good as new when I picked it up the next day. Thanks to the techs at Bert's Garage. I will be back for all my GMC Acadia's needs in the future.

The Only Mechanics I Trust
I've taking my cars to Bert's for over 25 years. They are like family now. I know they aren't going to suggest any work that isn't needed. That peace of mind is why I make the drive to Hollywood even after I moved to Long Beach.

The best!
They are trustworthy and do high quality, reasonably priced work. My car is 22 years old and runs like a dream. We moved further away but still make the trip to Bert’s because we trust them and they did great work. Very considerate of time, too!

Rushed job, new problem
I love the customer service but, while my mirror is fixed, the driver side door lock is now broken and will not lock. Now I need to wait two days with my unlocked vehicle on the street before the garage can fix the issue on Monday…

I am hoping some discount will be available for the increased risk and inconvenience…

That said - I appreciate the group and hope they will make it right.

My Cadillac had several problems, and Bert's took care of some, but not all of the issues.
My Cadillac is more than 20 years old, and I wish repairs and maintenance didn't cost so much, but the team at Bert's always does the work well
