Quick prompt service with knowledgeable staff
I brought my wife’s car in for service. She had front bumper and headlight damage and needed it repaired to pass inspection. The service manager Lindsey was very helpful as I have no knowledge of cars! They were able to repair it in one day and even saved me money by fixing the dent in the bumper instead of having to buy a new one! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service and will be bringing my own truck here for services and inspections! Thank you for your honesty and quick work!

Bay Automotive, Military Highway, is not what it was, not the company we knew since 2006. The trouble started with lack of communication, leaving me unable to learn the status of my repairs. Call after call, no one answered. Trying every option, I talked to everyone there, except the person I needed. After four business days wondering, someone new called us. Upon arrival I learned the principal repair was not done. Adding insult to injury, my car was parked in a far corner and covered--covered--in brown and while bird droppings. We stopped for a car wash on the way home and agreed; sadly, never again.

Home away from home
Unfortunately texters and distracted drivers have been hitting my car lately. I had been to Bay before with my Saab and Volvo and was completely satisfied so of course I opted to use Bay again. Cindy and Raymond are exceptional at taking care of their customers.

Can't beat them
Car was damaged in a not-fault accident and this was the recommended place via the drivers insurer liberty mutual. They did an amazing job from start to finish. The receptionist, the guy who I WISh I could remember his name. Everyone was so nice and quick and left voicemails to update me on the process.
If I have to fix my car again. I'll go here.

It was Easy
Truck was scraped down the side in a parking lot. Bay bodywork coordinated the repair and setup a reservation for my insurance covered rental for me. It was ready in half the time expected. It was a great experience from beginning to end!
