Took my car in January to have my ball joints replaced...they told me to come pick it up later on that day...this past Saturday I'm driving and all of a sudden my car hits the ground very hard! There's no way they could have replaced them or either done anything...ball joints last years before going bad..mine just popped out!!
I am a returning customer,their prices are reasonable.BYOP works on both of my vehicles. The repairs have been completed in the timeframe that was quoted. I will continue to support BYOP.
