The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!
