AMAZING PERSONAL SERVICE
Baker Garage will be my mechanic for life!!! Their personalized service is overwhelming!!! They really care about GREAT customer service and live up to it. After having my Volvo towed there and serviced, it was having an unusual problem. Jeremy (he's a company owner) made a house call!!! Who does that??? I live in Conifer, not just down in town. All I can say is Jeremy, you are the BOMB!!! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!! My Volvo and I love you!!! :-)

No drama ,no upsell, just proficient repair.
Had check engine light with 4 codes and they identified the real core issue and ignored the noise of secondary information.

Oil change, inspection and maintenance needs identified
I have been a client since 2002.
Other service providers would only change the oil during an oil change but Volvo Specialists scrutinizes my XC90 V-8. This alerts me to the need to replace the slightly leaking valve cover gaskets at my next oil change allowing me to budget for the service in advance and certain that sixteen year old seals won't leak and cause an engine fire.

Jay said he took his vehicle in, they explained the problem to him, but after leaving the problem was still there. He called them up and explained the issue, and they apologized to him. They said if he would pay for the part, they would not charge him for the labor. He thought Jeremiah was terrific, honest man.
