Exceptional Service
From start to finish, they fit me in quickly, took care of the repair (new radiator, belts, and thermostat) in one day, and communicated with me clearly and in a timely fashion all the while being kind and professional. The cost of the repair was significantly less than the dealership, and I got a 10% discount on labor.

Equipment replacement
AAA recommended this shop to me.. I had my water pump/timing belt replaced, with Holiday Auto. I'm very happy with the service it was completed on time, and best part, they're was convenient to my work place. I will definitely use them again.

I had an emergency alternator failure, AAA recommended Holiday Auto and towed the car to the shop. They diagnosed the issue and installed the new part the same day. Thankful for the accomadtion.

The Month-Long Adventure with Progressive
My car was originally taken to Holiday Auto Care as I had gotten two flat tires and that was where AAA recommended it going, however the folks there found there was also alignment damage that required insurance to get involved. Through the painful process, Paul fought with the adjuster who wanted my car in limbo for who knows how long over a part in back order. I decided to go with Paul's plan so I had my car back for winter and work and will now be switching insurance companies. The kindness and understanding in such a situation cannot be understated.

Over Priced & Over Selling
Only took vehicle because it was inoperable and recommended by AAA. As noted in other negative reviews, the owner/operator takes advantage of crisis situations or uninformed people by recommending unneeded work and charging exorbitant prices such as over $100 for a standard oil change as well as labor for little work.
AAA should remove this shop from its recommended list so other AAA members don’t get taken advantage of as I was because relied on AAA referral.

This auto repair shop is the worst in terms of cost and otherwise than any other such shops or dealerships that I’ve ever visited over five decades.

Jim, I would like to thank you for the review.  First and formost I have a 4.9 score on Sure Critic and that score is not by taking advantage of people.  first of all I did take you out to the vehicle and showed you everything that was going on with the vehicle including the 8 quarts of oil in the crankcase.  Second of all you did supply your own part which I installed for you and charged you the labor. Third, my oil changes are in line with Grease Monkey, Jiffy Lube you paid 82.50 for the oil change not over $100.00.  I couldn't have not been any more transparent than what I was.  You were given a estimate on all the repairs before any work was done with the option to decline and all you did was a oil pressure switch.

Simply The Best
It’s nice to see a place that’s willing to go to the fullest extent as it relates to the issues I am having with my vehicle. I have never experienced quite like the service I have received at Holiday Auto Care. I highly recommend this place and can’t say enough good things about their work.
