Jim, I would like to thank you for the review. First and formost I have a 4.9 score on Sure Critic and that score is not by taking advantage of people. first of all I did take you out to the vehicle and showed you everything that was going on with the vehicle including the 8 quarts of oil in the crankcase. Second of all you did supply your own part which I installed for you and charged you the labor. Third, my oil changes are in line with Grease Monkey, Jiffy Lube you paid 82.50 for the oil change not over $100.00. I couldn't have not been any more transparent than what I was. You were given a estimate on all the repairs before any work was done with the option to decline and all you did was a oil pressure switch.
