David said that the vehicle he purchased from this business failed a state inspection. After he had the vehicle repaired the vehicle had another mechanical error. The customer service was horrible and un-prepared when he arrived to pick up his vehicle. He stated that he had to return to business for a third time because the check engine light again came due to the same mechanical issue within 15 miles. The manager or owner did not acknowledge any of the customers including another customer who had a poster fall on her, every time he was at the location. David said that with the exception of Mark the staff has horrid customer service skills.
