This car lot is not a good place to go have service, they damaged my armrest on my driver's side door and I have been getting the run around on getting the part to fix it. All they have been doing is sending me surveys on how was . Y experience with my service 4 times in a month, I had an appointment with them on April 1st just to have them request to bring my vehicle back because the body shop couldn't get to it today, they were going to do a cosmetic repairs on the armrest. My appointment was made March 7 here we are May 6, no part.

AWFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE & CARELESS!!!
I dropped off my truck at 10:30 in the morning on Friday... and although I texted on four different numbers and left a phone message to call me back with an update, (plus a call in which I was told by the computer answering system that a service advisor would call me back when they had a chance), they chose not to call me at any point. 6pm rolled around and I was told by a salesman they all went home for the weekend. This leaves me without a vehicle for the weekend with no explanation whatsoever. This is my first time bringing my vehicle to a Bud Clary dealership and it's certainly a slap in the face, disrespectful introduction. I hope they had a great weekend because they ruined mine and sent a crystal clear message... "don't come back, we don't care." I work Satudays so i had to cancel all my appointments and jobs for the day because i had no vehicle to get there. After I called again on Saturday I was told that the service department was indeed open, and I could came back to get my truck. I had a friend drive me over and when I complained and told the service advisor about my experience, all he said over and over and over was, "it's all good... it's all good... it's all good..." weird, it was like a Stepford wife. No sorry or pledge to investigate or anything! I picked up the car, but came in again Monday to complain and the sales supervisor and the service advisor were very unappologetic and backed their employees unreprehensible behavior and offered to get it in to fix it. I denied the service advisor but gave in to his boss because he was more appologetic and said he would at least look into it and talk to his staff. I left the truck to get the software update, but again when the end of the day came, I had to work my butt off to get status updates and answers via phone and text. I'm hoping my truck is ready in the morning... but I'm not holding my breath. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BUD CLARY DEALERSHIPS!!!

MILITARY COMMUNITY BEWARE!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

I purchased a used vehicle through this dealership. Allegedly it went through a stringent multipoint inspection. Wrong… this vehicle came with an open recall where the doors could fly open. (Pictures attached) Because who wouldn’t want that as they’re traveling down the road 60 + MPH with their family. When informed of the recall the shrugged it off and said,” you can just take it in and the dealership will give you a loaner.” Not the case. So out of pocket expense there. When provided the carfax they quickly took back all documents and “maintenance” records for the vehicle. Recently performed routine maintenance which they said they did, found a torn air filter and a dirty cabin air filter (pictures attached). The left rear caliper was dragging/ smoking as well which causes premature brake wear and other issues. So the caliper needs to be replaced. A first year mechanic could have seen or felt the issue. I found mold in the panoramic roof (pictures attached) After all these issues were brought to the manager’s attention, they just wanted to cover the mold cleaning. Never mind they just screwed over a disabled veteran on a vehicle, who will have to spend out the teeth to bring it up to operational standards. The dealership doesn’t care about the military community or veterans and will sell garbage to make a quick Buck.

Best experience and service always
As always Ethan makes sure I am very well taken care of. The service department is amazing. My son bought a car from another dealership and is very upset on how they treat him, especially the lack of communication. He is so impressed on how well I am treated and communicated with he said when he buys his next car in a few years he will be going to Bud Cleary. I never feel like I am asking to many questions and that is very important to me.

Amazing place & really great service
Great service. They took care of my car, I got there my appointment got deleted somehow & thankfully they still took my info & car. It was hassle free and the staff was very friendly

Doug customer service!!!
Doug’s customer service was impeccable! He took care of all our needs. He went up and beyond to make our experience at Bud Clary Dodge a pleasant and inclusive one. Doug is not just an asset to this dealership but an integral part of the Bud Clary service department. Always great service!
I have been working with Ethan Short as my service adviser for several years and he has taken great care of me and my Dodge vehicles. He is attentive to my concerns and never tries to get me to purchase a service that I don't need. The Bud Clary dealership in Auburn Washington is always neat and clean and the employees are smiling and friendly.
