Miss diagnosing and gaslighting
I took my vehicle in it was misdiagnosed. I was told the alternator needed to be replaced, and if that didn’t work, we would go from there, Jim, the male receptionist at front and the first conversation was rude and gaslight me. Try to force unneeded repairs. Got a text message from Jim this morning. I asked him a question no reply I called and Jim answers, rude as usual. They will not give me a refund on my diagnosis even though they did no repairs and misdiagnosed it Jim hung up the phone on me. I called back tried to leave a message for a supervisor to contact me, and he picked up the phone and hung it up again. Refusing to let me speak to anybody. The audacity levels at this place are through the roof rude, unprofessional lack of bedside manner or lack of any manners. Thank you for wasting my time. I will be sure to spread the word of this ridiculous incompetence.
