Margaret we apologize for the time it took to repair your vehicle. We tried to make you aware up front when dealing with a warranty company that they take their time approving the claim and getting parts to us. We went above and beyond to get your claim approved by sending in pictures and documentation after they rejected your claim the first time. Not all shops would have jumped through hoops to make sure that your vehicle got the repair that it needed.

2001 Ford F150 - XLT Supercrew
It’s been a week since I got my truck back from Auto Physicians after investing in a new engine. My original engine lasted an impressive 337K miles before finally giving out. So far, the new engine has been running smoothly with no issues.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Auto Physicians for years and trust their expertise completely. They provide quality service, stand by their work, and always ensure customer satisfaction.

Great, honest location to get your car worked on. Experienced and do professional work. Another company said I needed a new timing belt. Auto physicians lubricated a pulley belt and fixed the real issue.

Diesel truck
Auto Physicians are a trustworthy auto shop. We were so pleased with the work they did on our truck that we have also taken our car that has been leaking oil to them to work on. It feels great to have a auto shop that you can trust, and does good work.
