Poor service and unexplained cost.
I got my oil changed and tire rotated every 3,000 mi as suggested. Last time came home and oil was all over garage. Took Santa Fe back they said oil pan had hole and blamed me-a retired women who goes to the grocery store, Church and home. They fixed it at no charge but saying it was my fault. Now my Santa Fe was running hot I asked if what previously happened with oil did anything to cause current problem. They said no and said a new thrmostate would be $400 and they would give $50 off. That to me would be $350. They ended up charging me $550.03. Totally misleading and then when I called after I got home they wouldn't answer because they recognized number, they dropped my call and then when I left message for Greg Rice who waited on me, he never called back. These people are thrives. Don't forget they work on commission. I have bought 2 Santa Fes and my daughter just bought a new Venue. I bought toyota truck and my family I convinced to buy there as well. NOT ANYMORE.
I get social security to live on and they took over half of it for the month. They are misleading so beware!! Go to Catonsville for to buy and get service and see if Jack says yes. He should say no to Gregg and let him go he's a lier.
