Great Communication, Great Work
I’ve been going to XDealerTechs for years. I trust them with my car and they are excellent with communicating. They will check in with me so I am never surprised by the bill. I’ve never had a problem with the quality of the work. Lastly, they never try to upsell any products or services.

Jeff and Chris and the team at XDealerTechs are a breath of fresh air when seeking a shop to service your vehicle. They take time to perform very detailed assessments of your vehicle and provide you reasonable options / timing to address any problems found. They do all that for a fraction of what the dealers charge.

Good and fair pricing
Pricing here is fair. They could probably work on their customer experience. They’re quick to send estimates without much explanation. They might be ex Lexus dealer techs, but definitely not ex Lexus customer service.

Pretty Decent
I just went in for a basic oil change so I can't speak on their ability to complete more esoteric functions on a vehicle, but as for my experience… And all around basic oil change with friendly and honest staff. My only complaint is that it took them quite a while to get the oil change done and also the price was a little high (but what isn't these days right).

Excellent Service
I will be taking my vehicle back to this repair center in the future for regular maintenance. The technicians were great about describing the nature of and need for repairs. The ultimate litmus test is how the car drives and it is running better than ever. The price charged for the services provided were fair and well documented, including estimates provided prior to servicing my car.
