Finest shop in the area with the most kind and generous employees.
Sent my wife to this shop to get an oil change and they took very good care of her and made her feel very comfortable with what was being done. Explaining each and every step and also took care of a couple of light bulbs that were out

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the team at LMT when I came in for a state inspection. While my initial reason for visiting was the inspection, I wanted to share what a positive experience it was, especially in light of learning about some necessary repairs. From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
During the state inspection, the technician thoroughly assessed my vehicle and identified some leaks that needed attention. While this news wasn't what I had hoped for, the way the team at LMT handled it was exceptional. The representative I spoke with, Eric he was absolutely fantastic.
* They explained the issues (the leaks) clearly and showed me exactly what they had found.
* They took the time to answer all of my questions about the leaks and the potential repairs.
* They provided a clear and understandable explanation of the next steps and the associated costs.
* They were patient and didn't pressure me into making immediate decisions.
* They offered helpful advice and potential solutions for addressing the leaks.
* Their tone was honest and professional throughout our conversation, which I really appreciated.
While discovering leaks during a state inspection isn't ideal, the transparent and helpful way LMT communicated this information and guided me through the next steps was truly commendable. I left feeling informed and confident in their assessment.
This positive experience, even with the unexpected news, has definitely solidified my trust in LMT, and I will be bringing my vehicle back to them for the necessary repairs. Please extend my sincere gratitude to Eric and the entire team for their thoroughness and excellent customer service.

Inspecting a campervan
My regular shop could not accommodate the height of my new campervan for an inspection. They referred me to LMT because they have a truck bay that was able to accommodate my van. Dropped off in the morning, finished by mid afternoon.
