I'm so glad I asked Alpha to fix my problem. I couldn't get the rear sliding cab window to close. I told them if they could just get it closed, I'd be happy. They were able to actually get the problem fixed and the window works again. All for the same price it would have cost me to just get it closed! Thank you so much.

Could've taken it in the rear-end...
I took my older model Toyota truck in. I had had two other mechanics tell me that the rear end was going out neither of them could find parts but would cost upwards of $2500 to fix. Thank goddess they couldn't find parts. Called Alpha, was informed it would be $135 diagnostic charge. Cool, I'll at least know if and how much it would be to fix. Appointment was for Wednesday. Dropped it Tuesday evening. By mid morning Wednesday I was contacted and was told it was the front u-joint. I was skeptical because of the other 2 diagnosis...i said ok. Fix it. 930 the next day ( waiting on parts or I'm sure I would've been picking it up finished Wednesday) I received a call informing me it was finished. I pick it up, the $135 fee was deducted from the total cost, BONUS!!! $108 later I drove off with a perfectly driving truck!! Recommend Alpha 💯!! Fair, friendly most of all HONEST.
THEY COULDVE TAKEN ME FOR A NEW REAR END or $2500...I would've been none the wiser.

Excellent customer service.
Was referred to Alpha transmission for some work needed on my truck. Very nice people. They looked at my truck and did some research and found that the repairs would be covered by the dealer because of a bulletin sent out about this problem. Alpha even printed out the paperwork for me. Great people and great company.

Wheel / hub/ bearing issue
I've used Apha transmission for multiple automotive needs over the years and have had them diagnose and repair multiple vehicles; Always providing prompt service and at reasonable pricing. I've never had to bring a vehicle back for a "re-do". Concerning my most recent issue, I had a quick ride with one of their mechanics and they diagnosed the issue almost immediately. After racking and verifying, the part was ordered that same day, and I was able to pick my vehicle up the next morning. A 24 hr turnaround and an affordable repair cost. I have recommended Alpha Transmission for many years, and I will definitely continue to do so to everyone that I meet in need of transmission as well as general car repair!!
