2017 Chev Traverse LT
Generally speaking, I really like this suv. One of the knocks by pro reviewers was gas mileage so I knew about that when I purchased this car. It gets just above 23 mpg on the highway, which isn't too bad unless you have a 400 hp Corvette V8that gets around 30 mpg. The other criticism by the reviewers was the infotainment system, which they said was not the easiest to use. I never had that problem because I only use it to play MP3 music from a mini thumb drive. Unfortuneatly the MP3 player devloped problems in that it would not always engage and, when it did, it would play the radio at the same time. I wound up replacing it with a Kenwood aftermarket unit. I bought this vehicle because it had the most cargo space of any in its class and I needed it at the time. I would have purchased a 2018 but Chevy cut cargo cap by about 16 cu ft. Other than these two dings, I'm very happy with it.
