I got my car towed to this location and year ago in March it's a 2012 Passat Volkswagen 2.5 and needed some engine work done. I paid for my vehicle to be fixed before they even got done with my car. Long story short this shop NEVER FIXED MY. CAR TILL THIS DAY AND IM IN COURT WITH THEM NOW TRYING TO GET MY CAR BACK NOW. While along Bob and the owner Micheal Kelly keep giving me excuses after excuses 🙄 I pray they get what's deserved after all this time. I haven't been offered any compensation car rental NOTHING i had to buy a quick A TO B car to get around town and they don't give me any feed back on the status of my car I haft call every week to find out another lie they build up for me.This disservice is Not fair and I'm getting more and more depressed and frustrated I don't have a lot of money but I work hard to obtain my life. Lord give me strength 💪 be advised on your care for your car at this establishment.
