Tremendous Service!!
I leave town tomorrow morning and it is a long drive.. so I needed my tires and breaks done and had a sensor issue that all needed to be inspected and fixed by the end of today. One shop i went to tried to charge ridiculous prices, and the other estimated they could not do the work in time (I was already waiting in line forever). Well, on my third try, I went to A Plus for the services and I am never going back to any of the shops prior to here. Third time is definitely the charm! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the necessary repairs on my car. They answered all questions I had and had no issue explaining or breaking down things for me. Communication is key and i am so thankful there is a shop here that prioritizes that value. Apart from the excellent customer service, they were able to do all my repairs in time and at a way better price than the two previous shops I went to. My car is working great now and it feels so good to drive on new brakes and tires. I got to do my pre-vacation shopping today with more than enough time to be ready for my trip tomorrow! Brian, Jesse, David, and Reagan are a wonderful crew and a real team that cares about their customers and their service. Consider me a new loyal customer of A Plus!
