I called the shop , last minute needing to get a vehicle in and out before in-laws arrived . It was for sole basic work but the mechanics identified some problem areas . The shop tracked me down walked me through the needed fixes - no pressure but solid recommendations . We moved forward and they got the car taken care of a day sooner than they thought it would be ready.
