The two gentlemen behind the counter at A1 Auto, in my opinion, are honest and trustworthy; a major factor when shopping for a reputable auto repair shop. They have worked on two of our vehicles and returned them in tip-top shape.
I will continue doing business with them.
I made an appointment yesterday for today for just a simple oil change. Or so I thought. I went in today and ended up being slightly longer than I expected but that is because things happen and unfortunately they were two mechanics down unexpectedly. I didn't mind at all though, I wasn't in a rush and I had the pleasure of being able to sit in the reception area for a little bit. I will tell you it was hands down the absolute BEST experience! I am so glad that I got to witness Brian and Paul do what they do best, putting people first! I was so impressed! Most of my family already go here so of course when they told me I need to schedule an appointment, no questions asked. Paul remembered my mom, which she is pretty awesome and unforgettable if I am being honest but also my grandmother. Then I sat down and a gentleman came in and ended up having to wait with me a bit, and I had such a wonderful conversation with him and Brian & Paul about the Mariners clinching the playoffs & how we think Mike is going to take the Seahawks to the super bowl. It was so nice to just chat! All while Brian and Paul where multitasking like the pros they are answering phones, running back to the shop, ordering parts. I watched another gentleman walk in and Paul welcomed him by name as if he was a part of the family. They had such a great connection, it was so awesome! Then it was just Brian and I for awhile and we chatted about the business a bit, who they recommend for various things, how terrible my filter was (it totally was embarrassingly bad haha) Every person who came in (myself included) they offered the bathroom, water, coffee, TV on, a ride! You really cannot beat that! Brian mentioned how great the owner is and how community involved he is. When you have employees speaking praise about ownership, you know you are in the right spot! I won't go anywhere else after today. How they handled phone calls, the honesty, the integrity they had, just unmatched!! Even the awesome delivery guy from O'Reilly's had such a great connection with them. Those two at the front are a great match together, they work so great together and you can just tell they care. Both explained to every customer so perfectly, not upselling, not bs-ing, just total honesty, straightforward, and overall just a couple of REALLY NICE GUYS!!!! I didn't catch the mechanics name who worked on my truck, but he was very professional and kind as well. I couldn't have had a better day and I felt very well taken care of! Thank you to all three of you working today and thank you Ryan for hiring them, GREAT picks!! I genuinely look forward to my next visit and I might start actually getting my oil change when I am supposed to now instead of pushing it since I enjoyed the visit so much!
This is the 2nd car we’ve taken in for a break pad job after horrible service at a chain store. David and Paul gave excellent care to the cars and excellent customer service to us too! We are very happy repeat customers!
I needed to have my car checked, it was making some kind of noise. Paul was so helpful, they got me in same day and checked everything for me. As it turned out my car is fine and there wasn't a charge.
Ongoing issue with my vehicle not keeping charge. Did DIY…..thank you YouTube, but stil not resolved. Went to other mechanic and don’t get me started on that. That did not have a clue. Very refreshing when told this is what to expect and than executed flawlessly. Would highly recommend and definitely do business again

I had my truck repaired here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They did a great job—thorough, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable shop these days, but this place definitely delivers. Highly recommend!
