Oil change
It took 90 min for a basic oil change. Outside of that it’s a good place. The people are friendly and I love my car.

Great Service
I trust Woodhouse Hyundai to provide first-class service to keep my Hyundai running smoothly and efficiently. Their staff is professional, friendly and ready to answer any questions I might have about the service being done. During my most recent service, they informed me about a recall and did the replacement during the service. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Good customer service
Hyundai service department has good customer service. I appreciate how they give reminders of when your car is due for maintenance and when you bring your car to be serviced, you feel welcomed by the service guy. They explain how long it will take for your car to be ready. They offer snacks while you wait and they send text messages when your car is ready and explain what the car needs on its next visit! I really trust Hyundai and their customer service is great!

Breathe of fresh air!
I was so pleased with my first service here! Everything from the employee who helped schedule my routine service, to the Service Manager answering some of my questions. I told him, “thank you for the breath of fresh air”. Not all places care this much or are willing to problem solve with you.. AND smile while doing so.
I am very hopeful this will continue to be my place for future services. The facilities were wonderful and made waiting comfortable and relaxing.

I am very impressed with the Woodhouse Hyundai dealership.
We have purchased several Chrysler automobiles from Woodhouse over the years with very good satisfaction in purchasing and service. We have also purchased several Hyundai automobiles from another dealership over the years. We are very happy to get connected with Woodhouse for our Hyundai vehicles as we have not been getting very good customer service, sales service, or vehicle service lately from the Hyundai dealer across the river. Thank you Woodhouse. I see a new Woodhouse Hyundai in my future.

Everything is okay except….
I take my car to Woodhouse Hyundai, because I lease my car and want to have a dealership check and maintain it. However, the Woodhouse doesn’t require mask-wearing and they almost have a hostile attitude towards people who wear a mask. I amnot sure if I will return.

Exceptional service and SUPER friendly staff. I mean the entire building.
Not just when I received my lease, but every time I go there, I see the sales staff holding the doors for potential buyers. Also, the service staff is always super helpful. I always get my car back cleaner than when I gave it to them (the interior), plus the free car wash tickets are great!
