They really go to work for the customer.
Our 2020 Tucson ultimate had a blurry backup camera… Not the end of the world… Until hi Hyundai didn’t want to correct the problem. Cheyanna really went the extra mile to try and get this problem resolved. It’s still up in the air if it will be fixed in the end but if not it will not be for a lack of trying on the dealerships end. They are going the extra mile for me.

When someone gives you a deal it should give you better prices. after already replacing 2 tires, they’re persuading me to try and get 4 new ones. I asked for multi inspection which should include checking fluids to be filled and not dirty, this was NOT completed either.

Hyundai doesn’t back their product.
My 2020 Tucson has 15k on it but the rear camera has been blurry since day one however the forward facing camera is crystal clear. They say that’s just how it is but this wasn’t the case in our older Hyundai cars(sonata, Elantra, and veloster) if they won’t back their product anymore then we won’t be getting a palisade. Very upsetting.

Incompetent and fail to do simple tasks
We have been to this dealer numerous times and have only had everything we asked to be done like…wash the car, oil change and tire rotation. And the can’t seem to do all three items at once…they will do any combination but not all three…not sure why.
