Great Experience!
The success of this dealership was reflected in the purchase of my 22 Honda Ridgeline. I inquired online, got the price I wanted. So, I went in and meet with Vernon & James. The rig was pulled upfront and ready to roll. Transaction was as agreed so I purchased the warranty from Steve at the end to give me coverage to 100k! Thanks guys!

Great experience
The team at Toyota was easy to work with and purchase went smoothly, I felt supported and respected.

The only hiccup/headache I experienced was just two days after my purchase, the oil and check engine lights turned on my dash, and my car was barely running... This was extremely alarming to me as the car had just been serviced with no apparent issues just a month prior, but Toyota was extremely responsive - paid for the tow, and serviced my car with no charge.

Turns out there was no O-ring installed when the car was serviced last (at Toyota), which caused an oil leak. However, they fixed the problem, performed a health check, did a proper oil change, cleaned up the car, and sent me on my way. The service was quick and the staff members were knowledgeable and helpful. Other than that issue (which is now resolved) the overall experience was great.

An answer to that prayer
Everything you dread about buying a car you will not find at Vancouver Toyota. Arrived at Mc Cord toyota was greeted at the parking lot with hello how are you and all that which I thought the person is just another customer coming to look for a car than as I walk in I saw this guy again in there which is Vernon a sales man there greet me again so we exchange words and he was very helpful work with me getting a car that I was looking for..I rated McCord vancouver toyota 5 star cause when you walk in you work with same sales person til the end not been rushing you or pressures you and selling you a car that you don't want or walk out unhappy..I was very pleased and happy working with Vernon at Mc Cord toyota vancouver and walk out with a 2023 toyota camry...thanks Vernon

Return Customer
The 1998 Honda Accord, that was purchased as a used vehicle at McCord's Vancouver Toyota 21 years ago & has been driven by every member of our family, was in need of expensive repair work. So, I went back to the dealership for a replacement. Vernon worked with me on the price & I feel that I got a very good deal. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from Vancouver Toyota by family members in the past year.

Fantastic sales service but very slow process
The salesperson and Finance agent were efficient, kind, friendly, and professional.

However, I was not prepared to still be without my certified pre-owned car a week after I signed the papers.

The detailing/certifying process is extremely slow and I am still without my car even though the loan started. Not happy about that.

Great Customer Experience
I had a great experience with Vancouver Toyota and Vernon, in particular. I’ve bought and sold a lot of cars and this was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I’ve ever had. Vernon honored our time, had a great sense of what we were looking for, and got us into the perfect 4Runner for us. The dealer gave me top dollar on my trade in and was willing to work with me on the price of the 4Runner. In all, I felt that we all got a fair deal and I was grateful to be treated respectfully throughout the negotiation process. Vernon and the friendly folks at Vancouver Toyota are the real deal. I’d gladly do business with them and recommend them to friends and family members looking for a vehicle.

Great team
I had a better experience going into a used Toyota lot than I did going into a brand new Toyota lot. I did not feel like I was a burden coming in and the gentleman that helped me really took the time to understand what I needed being a single mother he got me the best deal and I was able to get a car the same day and make the whole experience very positive

Vernon was very easy to work with! We where so impressed with the way he heard what we were looking for and found examples to check out. The only one thing we would say was that we were so busy admiring the new bells and whistles the vehicle has, we just wish he would have pointed out the minor dent in hood and crinkle in front chrome plate, it wasn't a deal breaker but it was sad to notice after we got home. I really love the car and like I said earlier Vernon was a very nice, kind, good listener, easy to work with and would recommend him to anyone!
