I purchased my first Hyundai in 2004 and I was impressed by the friendly and economical service. I’ve purchased three more Sonatas since then and continue to be impressed by the vehicle quality, but even more impressed by the consistent great customer service.

Took our 2019 in for service and a factory recall. Got there a bit early, they took the car right away and service work was done quickly and efficiently. Everything explained, everyone very friendly, pleasant experience. Sales people friendly as well. Always a good experience!

I have made an appointment for oil change. I was hours early arriving to the dealership. Did not have to wait they took care of my car right away. This is just showing commitment to customer service I can't read add excellent because this is better than excellent thank you again.

Awesome customer service
Our engine blew in middle of Evergreen Way in Everett. By the time my husband got car towed to Hyundai he was very upset. Travis (or Trevor) was there to greet him and help him. He calmed my husband down and took amazing care of us and our car! He was amazing!! i cant even say enough about him.
