Follow up
The team was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner. I came back to have the vehicle repaired (once the part came in). The replacement of the pat was timely, but it turned out to still continue to have the same issues. I contacted the service department and was told that I would be contacted to set up a new appointment to have the vehicle inspected again, but i have never been contacted. Calling again today. This is not the typical services I've received in the past. I've purchased 3 vehicles and my daughter purchased 1 as (in the past 3 years0. I hope this is not the way service is going at this dealership.

I always thought that dealerships cost more for things like oil changes but it's the same everywhere but it does take longer but I am okay with waiting for them cause they're not rushing through it and even rotated my tires for free definitely going here next time

I had an 815am appt, for a 55k mile check uo & a 4 wheel alignment. I checked into the garage & gave them a coupon for $20 off. The price they originally quoted me at, was very close to what the actual price on the paperwork was. I then waited in the clean lobby, grabbed a snack & soda. While waiting, i checked my emails, read the herald. Apparently i dozed off as well. The person that checked me in, seemed to be careful not to wake me?!? I am not sure how many times he said my name, but it amused me. He was friendly, funny, energized - took me to the pay counter, where he explained everything to me & about whats next in the future. The price made me happy. It was a great day. I look forward as i always do, for my next visit.

Service center people are amazing
I have a 2000 Hyundai accent, it had to have a few pretty major parts replaced. The cervice guys have always been very forthcoming and helpful. It's a little more expensive but it comes with a guarantee. I have even had a few small services done for free. Travis at Everett Hyundai had to give me the not so great news my old car would need more work then it's worth. He was kind about it, honest and he even helped with some knowledge on buying a new car from them if I so chose. I will be when mine finally dies on me.
