My comments are not a reflection on the performance of the service team. The customer service was exceptional.
What I have an issue is with the Finance department. I had prepaid the car maintenance when I purchased the vehicle. It turns out the last 2 coupons were expired on Saturday. I asked to speak to Finance and they indicated that I had to bring my car in every 6 months instead of when the mileage is up to the service mileage. It usually takes me 9 months to get to my next service time and not 6 months. He was very dismissive when I brought this to his attention and I am very disappointed in Hyundai. This is my second Hyundai and I don't like the way the pre pay booklet was presented. I am now out the cost of 2 oil changes. So while the actual service staff were exceptional, I don't think I will be bringing my car to be serviced at the dealer in the future and will reconsider using this dealer again in the future.

Beware of the extra services
My wife brought her Tucson in for a recall and ended up spending 200+ for services she was told that had to be done (fuel injection cleaning, changing of filter (air and cabin). I checked the cabin filter within a month of this visit and it was in perfect condition. She was under the impression this stuff was required. I have bought several vehicles from here and have been satisfied but after this visit I will definitely consider better alternatives and not let the wife take the car by her self for services not recommended by the manufacturer.

Excellent service at a fair price
Professional knowledgeable service staff who are trained for Hyundai vehicles at a very competitive price so for me it is a no brainer to use someone who works on my brand of car every day .

The service is great, the service writer I spoke with was very polite, Kelly who scheduled my service was awesome and very accomadating.
Dealership was clean, almost everyone acknowledged me, as I waited for my car, except the salesmen. Not a one greeted me as I looked at the new cars on the show floor. But I am so pleased with the service I received.

I am satisfied with almost everything, except an issue brought to my attention about my front tires. The service man said they are in need or replacement already. These tire havve less than 18,000 miles on them. I felt like this should be covered under some kind of warranty, but was told not so. These tires must of been of inferiorr quality from the factory or they are just cheap tires. On my other vehicles i always use Plaza Tire, I had an the same issue with some tires I bought there and they replaced them for me, they could not believe they went bad so fast. We put very little miles on our auto's and take very good care of them. I might have to rely on Plaza. Thank you. Steven Williams. (e-mail:williamssteve3249@sbcglobal.net)

I have oil changed every 3000+ miles. No one else has ever changed the oil. I do get brakes, front alignments, tires & some other maintenance elsewhere for pricing. I am passed my warranty miles for problems.

Rotation of tires not done correctly the first time
I was not happy, until i received my car the next day. After i spoke to Ben that day. It should not take 2 times to get your car repared on the same night. Because it took until the next day to get the car back done correctly. Again after i spoke to Ben i felt better about mg car.

Best Dealer ever!
St. Charles Automotive truly cares about the person,, not the car in the person, but the person in the car. They take time to make sure what you want/need is best fit to the vehicle options. Sadly, my Azera has a design flaws in the transmission and Hyundai (not the dealer) has not honored a replacement.
