I went in for an oil change and possibly new tires. Yes, it was decided I needed new tires and the Service Tech (sorry I don't remember his name) was very good and said since it was going to take a couple of hours they gave me a loaner vehicle. He was excellent!

Hours of service posted are not accurate
I dont know what time the service department closes on Thursday nights, but its definitely before 6pm. I called prior to coming in and the service tech said I could drop off my vehicle and pick up a loaner as long as I was there before 6pm. I showed up before 6pm and everyone was leaving. The employee stated I couldn't be helped since the cashier had already left for the day and everything was shut down. I confirmed with him that they closed at 6. He said yes, but there was nothing he could do. I left without any assistance or apology. I will no longer be a Hyundai customer.

I appologize for the problems you had with not being able to check out the rental car at the end of the day. You are correct we are open till 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have extended hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays if that helps in the future.

Oil change
It took several minutes from the time I was notified that my vehicle was finished until the time I finished paying and got out to my car. It was raining and for whatever reason my passenger side front window had been opened and was left down after it was parked outside. Needless to say I had to go back inside to have someone come out and dry everything off. While the service employee was very apologetic I am not sure why the window was down in the first place. I don't feel there was a need to have the window down in the first place.

Another great visit to the Saint Charles Hyundai Service Department

Keep Coming Back
The service department at St. Charles Hyundai is the reason that I am currently driving my second Hyundai and looking for my third. They are kind, efficient, and professional. I get expert advice without ever feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. They do great work and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Everything was great. Only thing is I went in for my free oil change and you always find something to replace to make me pay something lol. My car only has 3600 miles on it so nothing should need replaced but you come up with something and it ends up not free.

Can’t get dates right
When in for an oil change they did a good job but they can’t seem to get my return date right. They have my next oil change date January 2018. They had the wrong date last time too.
