Best Service Center I have needed.
Im 48 and purchased 5 new cars over my lifetime. This last one has had multiple minor annoyances that were driving me crazy. Each time the crew has taken me seriously and acknowledged my issue and resolved it. My car seems exactly as the manufacturer had intended it to be. Had my other brands of autos treated me this way I might have been back to them.

I was very satisfied with the service team at St. Charles Hyundai. The problems I had with my vehicle were addressed and rectified to my complete satisfaction. I will be returning to St. Charles Hyundai for all of my car servicing. Very reputable dealership!

They never disappoint!!
Took my car in for an oil change on Monday. They told us it would probably be 1-2 hours. We were fine with that because we were looking at new cars. It was maybe 30 minutes and they came out and said our car was ready!! They are the best!!

Great customer care
I recently had an unsatisfactory experience. I received a call from one of the employees, Tyler, about my review. I was actually shocked that a company as big and Hyundai would take the time out to rectify an issues which as much business as it gets. Tyler and the Hyundai team went above and beyond. Tyler explained about creating a list so that people would not get skipped along with free oil change and filters. I am grateful that they reached out to me and that a big company still cares about the customers.

Quick, Friendly, Comfortable
The waiting section is comfy, they always have HGTV on which is entertaining and passes the time quickly. Tyler is always the person who greets me by name. The entire staff is nice and i've never had to wait more than an hour.

Lack of communication and I got skipped.
Scheduled an oil change, It took over an hour and a half and People that were their for oil change after me were finished and check out before me. Not sure why I got passed up. I did hear one of the cars was newer not sure if that is why but I find that unacceptable especially considering I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time.

Excellent service department
Had to get my vehicles towed in as it wouldn't start. AAA got it right before closing. Service department called me within 2 hours of opening the next morning to inform me it was my battery. What a relief! My car was ready within the next 2 hours! The Team at St. Charles Automotive Hyundai are the best!
