E gine troubles
My Elantra all of sudden started to shudder and had a loss of power. Brought it in and was quickly diagnosed as a coil failure. Coil replaced and emission system checked. Car runs as good as new. Excellent service as slways

service advisor makes all the difference
Have been servicing this Elantra at the dealership since I purchased the car in July 2018. I had my first Elantra also serviced at the dealership. My experience with Tunde O'Connor was the very best service I have ever received, from any service advisor. She was thorough; reviewed the service history of the vehicle. She informed me of the time remaining on warranty; something I was not accurately aware of. She listened carefully to my concern and relayed it clearly to the mechanic. Tunde continued to update me as to the progress of the servicing while I was waiting . The service inspection was thoroughly reviewed and explained. The customer's understanding of and satisfaction with the service was her focus. Her kind manner and friendly personality are truly appreciated. St Augustine Hyundai is fortunate to have her.

I am a relatively new customer by virtue of having moved to Florida from a Maryland a few months ago. We are a Hyundai family in that I drive a 2014 Elantra GT and my spouse drives a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. In each of my several visits to this dealership with one car or the other, I have been impressed with their overall customer service, friendliness of all employees, professionalism of the service advisors, and attention to detail by the mechanics. I never thought I would almost look forward to my next visit for service on one of our cars.

The service staff is the best I’ve ever encountered. Far from home i has a problem and brought to the St. Augustine Hyundai dealership. The service agent was extremely helpful and after a short while brought me into the shop to show me what had happened. The mechanic had already patched the problem. When i asked if the party could be replaced, they made an appointment for me so they could order the part. When i returned, days later, the service rep remembered me and my problem and took my car in at the scheduled time. The problem was fixed quickly and the bill was surprisingly reasonable. I wish i lived close enough to use this service center for all of my servicing.
