Fast, friendly service while you wait
First oil change for my new Tucson. First service appointment at this dealership. There is a Hyundai dealer down the street from where I work in Jacksonville but I chose the Saint Augustine dealer instead and am super pleased. I was greeted by name. I wasn't processed like a number. I was told approximately how long my wait would be, and my actual wait time was less than expected. The service manager reviewed the inspection with me, made one recommended additional service that I agreed to, and I was done. Looking forward to continuing our love of Hyundai and having a strong relationship with the service dept. They are the reason we keep coming back.

Easy peasy
Getting my first service was a breeze. I was there about an hour and they were done. The free car wash and vac was nice to have. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is small and not particularly comfortable but it was adequate for the length of time I was there.

As a three time Hyundai owner, there has never been a time I have not been completely satisfied with the service. From the time I meet with the service representative at drop off and when my vehicle is ready, every aspect of of the maintenance plan is explain to me and the work completed. The service representative are always friendly, and caring as if this were their vehicle.

car wash area needs to check cars prior to exit...poor outside wash...dash board instrument buttons tampered with....example...I always set car temp at 72 deg...62 deg showed when i noticed temp change....auto headlight knob change from auto to manual....not the first time that this has happened.
