Service Writers
The Service Writer who assisted me was Roger and he kept me informed as to the status of the repair. He explained what they were going to do and then reviewed the repair with me. He suggested other things to look for before my next service and did not take me up the ladder, so to speak.

Had a good experience getting the seat back replaced
Service tech Roger was excellent to work with. Unfortunately I had to return the dealership 3 times. #1 emergency trip to see what the problem was. Dealership was very busy. # 2 diagnosis, part had to be ordered, #3 special part installed. Hopefully this never happens again.

excellent "southern hospitality"
i was greeted by Roger, with a straw hat. Roger was most polite and efficient and could not have been nicer.

i left three phone numbers for them to call me since i left the premises to be with a friend. i received a phone call on all three phone numbers with messages of what was completed in the car and that the car was ready for pick-up; full explanations. this was just a check-up of fluids, tires and look-over of all. the car was ready in approximately 1 1/2 hours.

when i returned to the Hyundai dealer, Roger said all was great and i was very happy with the price of the bill; the cashier was most pleasant. Roger asked if i had any questions and to call with any concerns. this was definitely "southern
hospitality"; i was blown over.

i will certainly return to st. augustine Hyundai and have already recommended them to some neighbors.

Had appointment, they completed the work in timely fashion. After making appointment for oil change, received a recall reference the data base needed updated. They also, completed this since they knew about it before I did.
