Pleased customer
Going to a new establishment for the first time without a recommendation I must admit I was a bit skeptical. The first interaction was professional and precise with respect to diagnosis and price as well as expected completion of service.

Very thorough and transparent!
My car suddenly stared to fault and shudder on me downtown and I had to have it towed to Midtown right before they closed! They were very kind over the phone and reassured my that I could leave my car in their lot and drop my keys off in a drop box. The next day they gave me a rundown of what the main problem was and realistic expectations of what needs to be done as good practice and what I could do just to get my car up and running. They were very understanding and patient with my 3+ phone calls as I figured out what I wanted to do. I really really appreciate their kindness and transparency. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family. The next time I have an emergency I know where I can go and not have to worry if my car is in good hands.

Excellent service
I had taken my Prius for the first time in June of this year for Hybrid battery replacement and Bryan and team helped find the battery and got the car up and running. I now also take my car for regular maintenance . I recommend Midtown good year for your car service needs

An easy oil change

Reasonable price, fast and professional service
Had to replace a tire with a nail which we found out too late and drove when it was already flat. Got it done within a day when the tire has to be special ordered from a vendor and price was very reasonable. Great experience!

Dashboard engine light??
My 2004 Ford Escape ended up needing a muffler and a few other items replaced. Cuco, the tech, showed me detailed photos of the items needing replacement and fully explained the entire process it would take to get the light inspection ready. He also showed me a short cut in the process that reduced the price greatly. Within a few hours the repair was completed and my car was ready for pickup along with a free car wash from a neighborhood car wash.

3 attempts to replace original new battery that failed.
I bought a new battery for my Honda Fit that failed in mere months. Since then they have installed 2 refurbished batteries that both failed in months. After trying to work with them and 3 failed attempts am going to Firestone.
They sell full price batteries that are used. Do not recommend.
