Great First Impression
This was my first time to this dealer and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! My service advisor spent time explaining how the oil changes work under warranty, which was very helpful!

It’s so easy to book an appointment on line and select your Service Advisor. Social distancing is more than sufficient with a comfortable waiting area. My Service Advisor for many yearshas been Ricardo Garcia,. He is A+ and I would consider him the face of quality service at Hyundai. I love working with Ricardo. He is on top of it as a service advisor. He knows what he’s talking about and when he explains, its very clear what he’s talking about. He doesn’t use a lot of automotive “lingo”.
