Absolutely trustworthy
Whenever I take either of my 2 Elantras in, I know that they will be serviced expertly and delivered back to me at the time promised. They always check the service history of my car and over good suggestions as what needs to be done. I am never pressured to do something I don't feel is needed at that time. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Service Rep Xavier was great! He was able to me in and out the service needs within a very reasonable time. However, calling or text Service rep department in general was disappointing. There was no one available on the phone or acknowledge the text message sent. I have tried calling & texting. Hyundai needs to have enough staffing to handle phone calls & return text or open up the website for customer to schedule the next service.

Service is improving a lot
Last time that I visited, I felt that I was being strong armed for some repairs. But on the recent visit, they were more understanding of my financial concern. The service person explained to me about what repairs and maintenance was more essential and why. Having a limited budget and struggling financially, I am more appreciative of the empathy and concern displayed by the service desk person.

When I dropped off my car for a recall everybody was very friendly and helpful. As soon as they finished they called me and fixed the problem. I even had a free car wash and everything went very smoothly.

Memorable experience getting my Sonata serviced. Javier was extremely helpful, efficient, and made my service experience an easy one. He also made sure to alert me to the next round of scheduled maintenance and what that would involve from a time and cost perspective. Appreciated being informed of what to prepare for.

The service was prompt and professional went in for a oil change and found out I had two recalls. The rep was nice to let me know about them and was taken care of. I always come to this location when I live way closer to the Commerce location (which has horrible customer service). Never had a bad experience at this location always nice professional workers and always leave satisfied.
