Great job in an emergency
They got me on and out within 3 hours. They had no idea I was coming in. Had a flat tire and damaged wheel from our lovely highways here in Az. They had the tire. Located and got the wheel washed my car and I was back on the road. Great job from Service and Parts.

The attitude of service to the customer
They have to order a part for my lumbar and Norm will call me when it arrives, both David and Norm have always followed up on my needs and have taken care of me with the utmost respect as a customer.

Another Great Service Experience at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale
Just had another great service experience at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale. Norm Rosen and the rest of Michael Southern's service team went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly. The car was ready when promised and freshly washed. No surprises. Just the way I like it.

Lounge area and treats for waiting customers was nice. But not the service I recieved
The service advisor made it seem like a hassle that I was there early and that I asked for a car wash. That should have been offered! My father has worked for the Earnhardt dealerships for over 10 years and has been a manager of Hyundai for many years. This is not how you treat customers. Especially knowing they are an employee family member.

I guess there is always room for improvement......
I didn't check out the refreshments so I can't rate the entire experience. I used to be good for at least one bagel at the Earnhardt Cadillac store down the road.
