My best service experience EVER!

From the moment of my initial phone call to the service department, to when I got my car back, I experienced the best overall service ever. My problem was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I believe hat Mr. Norm Rosen in service, went above and beyond to assist me. I will never bring my two (2) Azeras anywhere else for any type of service. THANK YOU!

Great Service but Warranty issues

The service is always great but needing a new transmission after only 40,000 miles is unacceptable. It makes me question my interest in a new Genesis G 90.

No transparency for maintenance/very foggy details

I came to this Hyundai Service center because my Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) came on and I was getting close to the recommended 37,500 mi. check up time (36,699mi). I was told my engine air filter was dirty, needed a 3 way fuel system service, and would have to come back(or wait 3 hours) to have my 30.000mi service done. Huh? But I had that done the last time my MIL light went on-at 28,331mi. Apparently not. They DID NOT take care of it! THEY DIDN'T DO ANY OF THE RECOMMENDED SERVICE LISTED ON MY MAINTENANCE LOG! (Oil and filter change only) I didn't have these problems at the Hyundai Service Center in Philadelphia.

I am sure Doug Biarko will make sure everything is resolved for you. While your warranty covers repairs for defects in workmanship,or materials maintenance items are the responsibility of the owner. We're here for you and we will always try to recommend appropriate services whenever you visit. Since the 30,000 mile service is the first major service for your Santa Fe we wouldn't want to do it too early or too late.

We will trust Doug to clarify everything for you and if you ever have a question in the future please ask us right away.

From the moment I drove up service was prompt and of the the highest quality, Norm, my service advisor, was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, Zach , the Technician did a fine job with my geni coup and the car was cleaned very well.
