Service Department 5 stars.
Service Department staff and was excellent as usual and the work was completed in a timely manner. Bonus was a coupon for a free car wash at Jet Stream in lieu of the usual free car wash onsite.

Customer Lounge could use an upgrade.
Sales Department was a disappointment due to the fact there were no current models on the sales floor and the sales staff appeared to be huddling in the corner and trying to avoid eye contact.
The outdoor sales lot was like a ghost town.

Not happy
The only thing that made this experience upsetting is that the vehicle was not put back together properly and caused damage after having vehicle returned.

Work done when I wanted it to be done. They were courteous on the phone. Overall was a great experience. They called to provide updates or provided update when we called, we called they said wouldn’t be looked at until next morning even after got appointment in the morning but then called half hour later and said vehicle done ready to be picked up. Glad to have done when it was done.

The service area did a good job of servicing my car. When I picked it up, service did not communicate with the person I was picking it up from and did not give that person the key or paperwork. After about 40 minutes they found my key and I had to call the next day to have the paperwork emailed to me.

We are very sorry it did not go smoothly or as planned. You are completely correct in saying all of this should have been in place for you before you arrived and we are very sorry that is was not.
