Great customer service!
Took my car in for an oil change and didn't have to wait long at all. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I'll be going there regularly for my oil changes.

Very Pleased
I've been to this dealership several times for oil changes, recalls and repairs. Jerry in the front office is extremely nice and professional. It doesn't seem to matter at this dealership that I'm a woman. They are very respectful and not condescending.

everything was done with a smile..only reason for 99% survey score askied if car returned cleaner then dropped off ..actually was after free car wash i took it too...great price with coupon...!

It doesn't get any better
Wonderful service that keeps me coming back to the same place for maintenance on my 2013 vehicle. They know how to treat a customer who always has the option of going to a competitor. The car may not be a standout in its field, but Rairdon's really tries to make me comfortable and is saving me money.

Most dealerships treat after-sale service as a cost, instead of an opportunity to impress the vehicle owner. Rairdon's bends over backwards to accommodate service on your vehicle. They are honest, direct, fast, and zealous about your car and your time.

The real only reason I'm giving a 3 stars is because my problem wasn't fixed. Yesterday, I noticed the same problem occurred again. Frustrating to have to schedule now a THIRD appointment to get my problem fixed.
