While i was there tge phone was ringing off the hook. The manager was trying to take care of everything on his own and while he did a great job he was spread very thin.

They did what I asked them to do.
I went in for an oil/filter change and that's what I got. Price was reasonable. I will most likely go back for my routine maintenance.

Good
A little over an hour for an oil change with an appointment is a bit long, especially during midweek. However, the staff were all professional and friendly. The location is very convenient.

Unprofessional and rude
Mike is very rude and unprofessional, makes you feel very unwelcomed. I had a major job done on my car and had to constantly call to make sure the ball was still rolling. I went 2 weeks without a car! The lack of communication was shocking from such a big dealership. I would spend the time to find a better dealership then go back here or refer a friend,

Quick Oil Change
I selected no on other maintenance, because I like about a half hour away. If I have a recall or need some other kind of maintenance, I would take my car to the dealership closer to home.
