Frank's overall star rating was driven by his increase in payment because of a low FICO. He personally told me that both myself and our dealer experience was excellent. He did not mean for for his unhappiness with cost due to credit score to bleed into his review.

My first Hybrid
I went into the process having done my research and knowing what I wanted. They were upfront and honest that I may not get exactly what I wanted in terms of the color, and that it could take some time. Once the car was coming in, they did all the paperwork and running around without me having to sit in the dealership all day. They contacted me when to come pick up the car and it took no time at all! Mike Jenkins was great!

A Great Experience
I recently went to Island Hyundai since my lease was going to an end. Mike Jenkins was so helpful throughout the entire process. He listened to my concerns, budget, preferences. He was very thorough in explaining the options that I had despite such little inventory due to these crazy times. Mike was very patient as I made a decision. I absolutely love my car & couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!

If you go to check out Hyundai vehicles, be sure to ask for Michael Jenkins at Island Hyundai! Mike was so helpful and patient with us. He was thoughtful and anticipated every potential problem and addressed it before it became a problem. He was easy to work with and my husband and I enjoyed his company. He has a nice sense of humor. Best of all, he got us a car fast, and introduced every little thing about the car, so that we drove away knowing everything the vehicle could do. He also stayed in touch with us during and after the sale. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Awesome Experience
Buying a car is normally stressful and exhausting. This experience was not. My salesman was Mike Jenkins and he could not have been more professional and helpful. The process was a bit more complex because I was buying a car in New York that needed to be registered in Connecticut. But Mike walked me through all the necessary steps and I could not have been happier with my service. Island Hyundai is a 10 out of 10.
