Bought a Rav4 prime.
Not a fan of car dealers, but these guys were very easy to work with. A bit of a deal figuring out the WA state alternative fuel sales tax credit, but they stuck with it.

Excellent Experience
I received excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the dealership. I felt taken care of and no pressure to buy. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted (color and accessories) at a fair price. Trade in value was good too. I highly recommend Vancouver Toyota.

Got the exact car I wanted

Efficient
Our purchase was handled very efficiently. Having ordered the vehicle, it was just the wait. We anticipated our purchase by negotiating the price, providing a deposit and being specific about the equipment, as well as applying for credit and checking our credit reports the day of the purchase. It was exactly as ordered. The only issue we had was communication at the end as to the vehicle arrival, but that was worked out and mission accomplished.
